We are contractors with 30 years of experience, during which we undertook a variety of projects ranging from residential to historical buildings to ecclesiastical, always completing the projects on time and to high quality standards. In our profession we value and respect our working materials and we work through the restoration challenges to bring the materials back to their best state.
Having worked as Principal Contractors we value our work partners team of experienced professional who care for their work. We have a family history of 3 generations working in construction as we are part of a group of engineers and contractors operating in the UK and Cyprus.

Residential

We have been at the forefront of developing private residential homes since the 1980's. We have grown in experience and strength in the industry over many years. We have formed long-lasting relationships with our contractors and suppliers that guarantee's us to deliver quality work every time.

Commercial

Commercial construction is always slightly more complex, but over the years we have gained experience and expertise in delivering on time and on budget projects. We undertake restaurant fit-outs, warehouse construction, new builds, office renovations, and much more.

External Refurbishment

External refurbishment is more common in London now as the beautiful buildings are constantly requiring maintenance and regeneration. One thing we truly enjoy is giving back an old building its shine. We have a great track record, just ask.
